No — walk-ins are always welcome. But booking guarantees a dedicated one-on-one with a specialist who knows the bike inside out, and means we have your preferred bike set up and ready.
Comfortable clothes you can cycle in. Closed-toe shoes. A helmet if you have one (we provide one if you don't). Just yourself — no purchase commitment, no deposit.
About 30 minutes start to finish: 5 minutes for setup and fit, 15–20 minutes on the bike, and 5 minutes to chat afterwards. Stay longer if you want to try more bikes.
Absolutely. Family bikes especially are best tested with the people who'll actually ride them. We have child seats and trailers for test rides too.
