If you bought it from us, your bike is supported here for as long as you own it. No booking into a generic bike shop. No risk of the wrong part being fitted.

Six standard services covering everything from a 30-minute safety check to a full eCargo overhaul. All labour only — repair parts are quoted separately and only fitted with your approval.
Scheduled maintenance for standard e-bikes. Essential safety checks, gear and brake adjustments, drivetrain inspection, firmware and system checks, bolt torque verification.
Recommended twice a year on chain & cassette e-bikes from 2,000 km, or once a year on Gates Belt Drive from 3,000 km.
Advanced maintenance for front-loader eCargo bikes — extra checks and adjustments to extend the life of components under load.
Ideally twice a year on chain & cassette from 1,500 km, or once a year on Gates Belt Drive from 3,000 km.
Advanced maintenance for long-tail eCargo bikes carrying weight on the rear. Same depth of inspection as the front loader service, with components matched to long-tail load patterns.

Full safety check of brakes, drivetrain, tyres, lights, frame integrity and electrical connections. Identifies what needs doing — repair work itself is quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.
Can't get your broken bike to us? We'll collect within Dublin County, usually within 48 hours.

Added to your service for priority handling. Bikes dropped before 12:00 are worked on same-day where workshop availability allows. Must be paired with a paid service or minimum one hour of labour.

In-house stock of brake pads, chains, cassettes, tyres and consumables for every brand we sell. Always quoted before fitted.
SMS confirmation when your bike is ready. Same-day if dropped before 11am and the work fits the day.
